We drive into Mexico 5-6 times a year and getting insurance through Sanborn’s is easy. I call them up and they have my info/vehicles in their database. They explain my coverage options each time or give me the option to use the same as last time. Rates are pretty affordable considering the consequences of not being insured. The sales reps are always very polite/patient with me throughout the process. I usually have my policy in my email within 10 minutes of the call ending if not before I hang up the phone. Thankfully I have not had to make a claim so don’t know how that process works.

4 Years ago I called Sanborn’s by phone from San Ysidro, California , my call was answered in Texas by the agent Ms. Nataly Oviedo . I received from Texas the the best rate and a comprehensive insurance for Mexico . I highly recommend going to Mexico , WHY ? The Climate is Excellent , the People are very friendly , even if you don’t speak Spanish , they go the extra mile to assist you .

Emanuel Garcia was very helpful with this years policy and last year was able to assist us with an issue we had upon arriving at the car rental agency in Mexico . He spoke directly with the car rental agency and was able to resolve the issue by email and we were on our way with the rental car and no problem with insurance.
